Monday – School is Open as Usual

Look forward to seeing you at school!

In spite of the severe weather and traffic problems, Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet will be open as usual on Monday, February 22.

Please make sure you set off for school earlier than usual to give your self plenty of time to get to school.

Hey. I didn’t know this kind of information was here. I think there’s a need – and a way – to make it more easily accessible.
One suggestion is to appoint someone (eg mentors or class teachers) to send a mass text message to the students (or at least to the students who have added their mobile phone numbers onto SchoolSoft) in case the school actually was closed, or if for some reason a teacher can’t make it to school (and no substitute can be found). That way, students wouldn’t need to come to school to attend a class that’s been cancelled.

Thanks for your comment. We’re talking about finding other ways to get messages out. Obviously this is something we need to look out.
