Transferring to IEGS from Another Gymnasium

Thank you for your interest in Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm (IEGS). Here you will find information about how to apply to transfer IEGS. Please note: This information is only applicable to students currently attending a Swedish gymnasium.

To apply to transfer IEGS we need the following documents from you to process you application:

  • Copy of your grades from current school (Samlat betygsdokument från din nuvarande skola)
  • Copy of your final grades from elementary school if you are in year 1) (Kopia på slutbetyg från grundskola om du går åk 1)
  • Your individual study plan from your current school (Din individuella studieplan från nuvarande skola)
  • Situation report (Omdömesrapport från nuvarande skola)
  • You need to fill in the ”application to transfer” document which you can download here (Fyll i blanketten ”ansökan om att byta” dokumentet).

Send all documents to:

Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm,
Allhelgonagatan 4, 118 58 Stockholm.

Mark the letter with ”Application to transfer” (NB: Email copies are not accepted).

When IEGS has received all the above mentioned documents we will get back to you within 4 weeks with further information.
